JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages, in the sum of £15,000. This figure is gross, and it will be for the respondent to determine how much tax needs to be deducted from that sum.[2]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract is well-founded, and damages are awarded in the sum of £13,781 net of tax, broken down as follows: 2.1. £10,890 for employer pension contributions; 2.2. £1,091 for reimbursement of expenses; and 2.3. £1,800 for removal of fringe benefits, namely a company car.
