(1) The Claimant’s claim that he is owed a redundancy payment has not been pursued and is dismissed.(2) The Claimant’s claim for unpaid wages is not proved and is dismissed.(3) The Claimant’s claim for unpaid expenses is well-founded in part, and the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £5,630.75 without deductions for tax or National Insurance.(4) The Claimant’s claim for unpaid and untaken annual leave is well-founded in part and the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,481.85 without deductions for tax or National Insurance.
