[1]The Respondent’s name is changed from The Old Brewhouse Spa & Hair Limited (an incorrect name) to The Old Brewhouse Limited (the correct name at Companies House, Company No. 07691603, registered address Vaughan Chambers, Vaughan Road, Harpenden, Hertfordshire AL5 4EE).[2]The Claimant’s claim of unauthorised deductions from earnings is wellfounded.[3]The Respondent directly racially discriminated against the Claimant.[4]The Respondent must pay the Claimant £1,230 unpaid wages.[5]The Respondent must pay the Claimant £8,600 compensation for injury to feelings in respect of race discrimination.
