JUDGMENT
[1]On terms of settlement having been agreed between the parties, that: 1.1. The respondent agrees to pay the claimant the sum of £1350, and to withdraw their employers claim. 1.2. The claimant withdraws her claims as currently before the tribunal for determination, being; Breach of contract, notice pay, an unlawful deduction from wages and Holiday pay.[2]By consent the claim is stayed until the 21 March 2019, for payment by the respondent to the claimant of the sums agreed. Thereafter, if no application is made before that date: 2.1. The claimant’s claim will stand dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant, on the 22 March 2019. 2.2. The respondent’s employer’s claim will stand dismissed on withdrawal by the respondent, on 22 March 2019.
