The claim is dismissed.REASONS
[1]The claim was listed for a full merit hearing today. The claimant did not attend. The Employment Tribunal wrote to the parties on the 13 October 2022 asking the claimant to confirm whether she wished to continue with the case and whether she would be attending the hearing today. There was no response from the claimant.[2]On 1 November 2022 the respondent was excused from attending today’s hearing because it was not clear whether the claimant wished to continue with the case. The claimant had not complied with the Employment Tribunal’s orders.[3]The claimant has failed to attend today, and I am satisfied that the claim is not being actively pursued. The claim is dismissed.
