Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant gross sum of £4,039.27.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the gross sum of £769.23.[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of commission and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the gross sum of £3,083.72.[4]The respondent failed to pay the claimant in lieu of entitlement to annual leave. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £615.40.[5]The claim succeeds and the remedy to which the claimant is entitled will be determined at a Remedy Hearing.[6]The hearing listed on 19 November 2018 is cancelled.
