Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2024 – Rule 22[1]A claim was presented on 25 March 2024. On 3 June 2024, a judicial decision was made that the claim was presented against Tipsey Vegan (Norwich) Limited and that it complied with early conciliation requirements.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £1035.09 (being £373.11 plus £661.98, as calculated in the claim form).[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay that sum, without deduction, within 14 days of the date that this judgment is sent. If any PAYE payments are required, then the Respondent must account for that to the proper authorities in addition to paying the sum of £1035.09; it must not purport to deduct PAYE from this figure, which has been calculated net.
