JUDGMENT

[1]During the course of the hearing, the Claimant’s representative confirmed that, for all 3 claimants, the unfair dismissal complaint is withdrawn.[2]During the course of the hearing, the Claimant’s representative confirmed that, for all 3 claimants, no victimisation complaint is being pursued. I therefore did not need to decide if such a complaint was included in the claim as presented.[3]During the course of the hearing, the Claimant’s representative confirmed that, for all 3 claimants, no complaint of wrongful dismissal or age discrimination is pursued. These complaints did not appear to be included in the claim form, and so an amendment request would probably have been necessary in any event.[4]Therefore, any complaints of unfair dismissal, victimisation, wrongful dismissal or age discrimination are dismissed upon withdrawal.
