[1]The Tribunal heard evidence on oath and read documents provided by the parties and determined as follows. Name of the Respondent[2]The correct name of the Respondent is BFS Group Limited t/a Best Food Limited and the title to the proceedings is amended accordingly. Unpaid Wages – section 23 Employment Rights Act 1996[3]The claim was presented after the expiry of the 3 month time limit and there were no grounds to extend the time limit. The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider the claim and it is dismissed.
