[1]The respondent’s name is changed to Yodel Delivery Network Limited.[2]The claimant’s application to amend her claims is refused.[3]In case number 3303384/2021:3.1 The unauthorised deduction from wages claim is dismissed on withdrawal.3.2 The complaint of direct discrimination in relation to a request that she move to the Gate House on 3 June 2020 is struck out as an abuse of process.3.3 The remaining complaints of discrimination have no reasonable prospects of success and are struck out under Rule 37 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[4]Case number 3306233/2021 is struck out on the basis that it has no reasonable prospects of success under Rule 37 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.
