JUDGMENT
[1]The complaints of unauthorised deduction from wages and breach of contract in respect of notice period are well-founded. The respondent must pay the total net sum of £4635.76 to the claimant within 14 days of the date of this judgment.[2]This amount is calculated as follows:a. £1356.76 relating to unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages made in November 2023b. £1404.40 relating to pay for January 2024c. £324.52 relating to holiday accrued but not taken on the date the claimant’s employment ended.d. £1550.08 in relation to notice period.[3]The above sums have been calculated net. The employer is responsible for any tax or National Insurance contributions due. Approved by:
