JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of direct discrimination, harassment and victimisation under the Equality Act 2010 are dismissed.[2]The claim that there was an unlawful deduction from wages is well founded and the Respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £1,679.07 gross.[3]The claim for notice pay was well founded and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £1,245.42 net.[4]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed. REMEDY ON UNFAIR DISMISSAL[5]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the agreed sum of £10,767.90 in respect of his claim of unfair dismissal.
