JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondents concede that the business was closed on 24 December 2018 and all staff were made redundant and the Claimant has not been paid his redundancy pay, notice pay or outstanding holiday of five days.[2]The Tribunal therefore makes a declaration that the Claimant is entitled to redundancy payment in the sum of £9,660.00 and the Respondents are Ordered to pay the sum.[3]The Respondents are in breach of contract for failing to give notice and the Claimant is entitled to 12 weeks’ notice pay based on his net pay £369.52 and the Respondents are Ordered to pay £4,434.24[4]The Claimant has accrued five days unpaid holiday; the Respondents are Ordered to pay £369.52.
