Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The correct name of the respondent employer is Envirotec Integrated Services Ltd.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £534.36. This is the claimant’s net notice pay entitlement (after tax and taking into account sums earned in mitigation of loss). No further deductions should be made and this sum is payable in full.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3447.99. This sum is payable in full without further deduction.
