This is the claimant’s net notice pay entitlement (after tax and taking into account sums earned in mitigation of loss). No further deductions should be made and this sum is payable in full.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3447.99. This sum is payable in full without further deduction.
