JUDGMENT
The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant did not attend the preliminary hearing on 16 June 2022, and it appears from the case management summary arising out of that hearing that this followed a number of instances of non-compliance with tribunal orders. On 16 June 2022 EJ Gumbiti-Zimuto indicated that unless the claimant complied with para 6 of his order by 7 July 2022 the tribunal would consider striking out her claim on the basis that it had not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has not complied with para 6 of that order, nor explained why such compliance is not possible. In those circumstances I strike out the claimant’s claim on the basis that it is not being actively pursued.
