JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay succeeds; the Respondent shall pay the Claimant £338.80.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid wages fails.[3]The Respondent did not provide the Claimant with written terms and conditions of employment; the Respondent shall pay the Claimant compensation in the sum of £616.[4]For the avoidance of doubt, the total payable by the Respondent to the Claimant under the terms of this Judgment is £954.80 which shall be paid without deduction and is taxable in the hands of the Claimant.
