The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The respondent company was, it appears, dissolved on or about 7 December 2021.[2]On 5 January 2022 the Tribunal stayed the proceedings for 6 months and informed the claimant that if he did not apply for the respondent to be restored to the register of companies then the claim might be struck out on the basis that it was not actively pursued.[3]The claimant has not made such an application. No further communication has been received by the tribunal from the claimant since 23 May 2022.[4]The claim is therefore struck out on the basis that it is not being actively pursued.
