JUDGMENT
Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages in respect of arrears of pay for December 2020 and January 2021. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £8,334.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of his entitlement to one week’s notice. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant damages in the sum of £1,041.75.[3]The responsdent has failed to pay the claimant his expenses of £179.26 and laptop and mobile costs for December 2020 and January 2021 in the sum of £90.00. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant damages in the sum of £262.26.[4]The figures at paragraphs 1 and 2 are gross figures. If the respondent pays the tax and national insurance due to HMRC on these payments, payment of the net amount will meet the judgment debt. The figure are paragraph 3 is a net figure and must be paid to the claimant in full.
