UPON reading the claimant’s email communication dated 20 March 2021 sent to the tribunal and the respondent’s representative; AND UPON the claimant not attending and the respondent’s representative indicating today that the claimant has since informed him that she no longer wishes to proceed with a settlement and instead wishes to withdraw her claim regardless;[1]the claimant’s claims are stayed until 1 April 2021 whereupon they are to be dismissed upon withdrawal unless any application is made before that date.
