Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent having failed to served a response, judgment is issued under rule 21.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £435.84.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £305.09.[4]The complaints of unfair dismissal, redundancy pay and failure to provide written statement of particulars of employment and itemised payslips will be decided at a hearing, notice of the hearing date to be sent separately.
