[1]On 20 August 2020 the tribunal issued an order acknowledging the withdrawal of the claimant’s complaint of breach of contract, and stating that the claim would be dismissed unless by 20 August 2021 the claimant applies for dismissal to be deferred.[2]No such application has been made and the claim of breach of contract is therefore dismissed.
