[1]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages.[2]The claim in respect of holiday pay succeeds.[3]The Claimant is awarded the following amounts by way of remedy: a) Unauthorised deductions from wages £3,499.78 x 2 (2 months’ pay) = £6,999.56 + One month’s notice = £3,499.78 + Expenses = £446.40 + 3 days’ pay (£227.29 x 3) = £681.87 Subtotal: £11,627.61 (NET) Case Number: 3302959/2023 b) Holiday pay 7.5 days x £227.29 = £1,704.68 (NET)[4]All figures are expressed as net amounts. The grand total sum of £13,332.29 is payable to the Claimant by the Respondent forthwith.
