[1]The Respondent’s name is amended by consent to Dye and Durham (UK) Ltd[2]The Claim form presented on 4 January 2023 under claim number (3300060/2023) and rejected by the Tribunal on 12 January 2023 was wrongly rejected pursuant to Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure- Rule 13 (1) (a) and 12 (1) (2A). Accordingly, the Claim was presented within the applicable time limit and is therefore permitted to proceed.[3]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to notice pay is not well-founded and is dismissed.
