[1]The part of the response relating to unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal claims is struck out.[2]Those claims succeed and remedy will be assessed on 15 July 2022.REASONS
[1]The Respondent was ordered to pay a deposit of £100.00 following a preliminary hearing held on 24 January 2022. The order was sent to the respondent on 20 April 2022. The respondent has failed to pay this deposit. The respondent’s part of the response relating to unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 15 July 2022 will take place because the respondent defends the amount of compensation claimed (as set out in the reasons for the deposit order) and there are defended claims for holiday pay and pension contributions. _____________________________ Employment Judge George 27 June 2022
