JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was an employee of the respondent.[2]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages by failing to pay the claimant the full amount of wages due to her for the month of February 2021, namely the sum of £1,166.67 and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,166.67 being the total gross sum deducted.[3]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave on termination of employment and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £134.62 being the gross sum due.[4]The claimant’s claim of breach of contract in respect of notice pay is not founded.[5]The claimant’s claim of additional compensation for financial loss attributable to the unlawful deductions from wages claim is not founded.
