JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent concedes that it has unlawfully deducted the sum of £525.75 from the claimant’s wages for the claim in question under case numbers 3302907/2021 and 3306454/2021 and in breach of s.13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996[2]This is comprised of a loss of £268.62 for the deduction of wages from the claimant’s wages for the w/c 8 February 2021 and £257.13 for the deduction of wages from the claimant’s wages for the w/c 23 April 2021. This is conceded upon the basis of the claimant’s losses within his schedule of loss.[3]The Tribunal makes a declaration to that effect and orders the Respondent to pay to the Claimant the sum of £525.75 pursuant to s.24 Employment Rights Act 1996 and as claimed by the Claimant in his schedule of loss.[4]The Final Hearing listed in this case on 10-14 October 2022 is cancelled.
