[1]The Claimant’s claims for:a. automatic unfair dismissal is well founded and succeeds;b. holiday pay is well founded and succeeds.[2]The Claimant’s claim for breach of contract (notice pay) is dismissed upon withdrawal by the Claimant.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the total sum of £4,032.50 made up as follows:a. A compensatory award of £3,926.60 being: i. £2,741.20 loss of earnings from 8 December 2019 until 27 February 2020; ii. £400 for loss of statutory rights; and iii. £785.30 as an uplift for failure to follow the ACAS code of practice.b.
