The respondent is to pay to Mr I Clydesdale the sum of £523.76 calculated gross of tax and national insurance contributions.[2]The unauthorised deduction from wages claim brought by Mr D Campbell succeeds. The respondent is to pay to Mr D Campbell the sum of £82.22 calculated as 4 ½ hours @ £18.27 gross per hour. This is calculated gross of tax and national insurance contributions.[3]The claims of all other claimants are not well founded and are dismissed.
