The claimants’ complaints of public interest disclosure detriments are struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimants were each ordered to pay a deposit of £90 following a preliminary hearing held on 9 November 2022. The Order was sent to the claimants on 18 November 2022.The claimants have all failed to pay their deposits. The complaint of public interest disclosure detriment is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The claimants’ claims for unauthorised deductions from wages will proceed to determination in line with the case management orders.
