The claimant’s complaints are struck out and the case is dismissed.REASONS
[1]This matter came before me for a final hearing on 1 March 2022 at 2.00 pm.[2]This was the second occasion on which this matter was listed for a final hearing. On each occasion the claimant has failed to attend.[3]The matter was listed for hearing at 2.00 pm. I waited until 2.08 pm for the claimant to join the hearing, she did not do so.[4]In the circumstances the claimant having failed to attend today’s hearing, the case is dismissed.
