Having considered the information available to it on the Tribunal file and having been notified the Respondent was aware of the hearing but due to ill health for the last 18 months he would not be attending:-[1]The Claimants complaint that the Respondent failed to pay her a redundancy payment is well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £2538[2]The Claimants complaint of unlawful deduction from wages is wellfounded and the Tribunal declares accordingly. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £1000.
