[1]The claimant’s claim of failure to provide an itemised pay slip under s8(1) Employment Rights Act 1996 is upheld.[2]The tribunal declares that the first respondent failed to comply with s8(1) Employment Rights Act 1996 as the claimant was paid weekly but received an itemised pay slip monthly.[3]The tribunal makes no award for unnotified deductions under s12(4) Employment Rights Act 1996.[4]The claimant’s claim of direct race discrimination is dismissed.[5]The claimant’s claim of harassment related to race is dismissed.
