[1]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract and is entitled to notice pay in the sum of £14,292.12 net.[2]The Respondent made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages as follows:- 2.1. December salary: £ 663.43; 2.2. Pension payments: £ 2,940.00; 2.3. Unpaid expenses: £ 331.41; Total Deductions: £ 3,934.84[3]The Claimant is entitled to payment for accrued but untaken holiday pay in the sum of £4,287.47 net.[4]The total amount due to the Claimant (net) is: £ 22,514.43. 16 October 2023
