JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £6,600.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £8,925.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £770.[4]The sums payable in respect of notice pay and holiday pay have been calculated gross and are taxable in the hands of the claimant.[5]For the avoidance of doubt, the total payable by the respondent to the claimant under the terms of this judgment is £16,295 and shall be paid without deduction.
