The judgment of the tribunal is as follows:- Wages[1]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages succeeds. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages in the period 1 November 2022 to 31 January 2023.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant the gross sum of £17,499.99. Breach of contract[3]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to pension contributions succeeds.[4]The respondent shall pay the claimant the gross sum of £293.52 in relation to pension contributions. Employer’s contract claim[5]The respondent’s contract claim fails and is dismissed. The claimant has agreed to return the property and the parties will make arrangements for this.
