JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaints that he was unfairly dismissed by the Respondent contrary to sections 98 and 103 of the Employment Rights Act are not well founded and are dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s complaint that the Respondent dismissed him in breach of contract by not giving him the contractual notice to which he was entitled under Clause 19.1.2 of his Statement of Terms and Conditions of Employment dated 28 September 2017 succeeds. The Tribunal Orders the Respondent to pay to the Claimant the sum of £2,686.89 as damages for breach of contract. 23 December 2021
