JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the respondent is changed from Errandplus Personal Services Ltd to Errand Plus and Personal Services Ltd by consent.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages by failing to pay the claimant the following amounts:(i) unpaid holiday pay of £1092 in the periods 31 October - 6 November 2022, 21 - 27 November 2022 and 12-14 December 2022 and(ii) unpaid SSP of £56.77 in the period 10 to 12 November 2022.[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant the gross sum of £1148.77. The claimant is responsible for paying any tax or National Insurance.
