[1]By a letter dated 6 November 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim of unfair dismissal against respondents 2, 3, 4, and 5, and the claims of age discrimination against respondents 3, 4, and 5 should not be struck out because they have no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The preliminary hearing fixed for 08 December 2022 remains as listed.
