JUDGMENT

[1]The effective date of termination was 17 November 2022 being the end of 8 weeks’ notice following the claimant’s resignation on 22 September 2022. The claimant was not dismissed on or around 10 November 2022.[2]The claim has been brought in time.[3]There is no strike out of the response because of any alleged failure to comply with case management orders.[4]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction of wages succeeds in part. The claimant is not entitled to notice pay or any sums for gratuities.
