JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint in respect of holiday pay is dismissed on withdrawal.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is dismissed on withdrawal.[3]The complaint that the Respondent failed to give the Claimant written itemised pay statements as required by section 8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is withdrawn.[4]The complaint of direct race discrimination is not well-founded and is dismissed.[5]The Respondent was in breach of contract by not providing the Claimant with a van from 26 July 2021 to the termination of the Claimant’s employment on 6 January 2022.[6]The remedy to which the Claimant is entitled will be determined at a Remedy Hearing.
