Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure – Rule 21 The judgment of the tribunal is as follows:-[1]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages succeeds. The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in November 2022, December 2022 and January 2023.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant the net sum of £12,840.[3]The respondent shall also pay the claimant the sum of £290 by way of financial loss attributable to the unauthorised deductions.[4]The tribunal does not have the power to make any additional award as compensation for stress.
