JUDGMENT
[1]The claims against the Respondent shall succeed under Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure. Remedy[2]Having heard representations from Mr Linwood, Mr Underwood and Mr Pettit (Insolvency Practitioner, PCB) I noted that the Claimants’ claims arising out of the termination of their employment have already been paid by the Redundancy Payments Office.[3]Mr Underwood, not having brought a claim for unpaid wages, was only entitled to the redundancy payment which has already been paid by the RPO. I therefore make no order for remedy in his claim. 3328235/2019 3302313/2020[4]Having heard from Mr Linnett under oath and having considered his claim for unpaid wages and solicitors costs arising out of breach of contract, he is entitled to be paid the following amounts: i) £534 arrears of wages for the week 21st to 30th October 2019 ii) £470 solicitors costs. £1, 004.00
