[1]By a letter dated 16 June 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims should not be struck out because: the claimants have not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 12 September 2020 (as subsequently varied); and the claims have not been actively pursued.[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing, or have failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claims are therefore struck out.[3]The hearing listed for 24 and 25 June 2021 has been vacated and will not go ahead.
