[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £8461.64.[2]The claimant’s letter of 28 May 2020 is treated as an application to amend his claim to include a claim for further unpaid wages to 28 May 2020, (his employment continuing as he has not been dismissed and he has not resigned) and the application is granted.[3]The above figure is calculated as the claimant’s gross weekly wages, (384.62) multiplied by 22 weeks for the period 27 December 2019 to 28 May 2020.
