[1]The Claimant’s claim included a complaint of unfair dismissal.[2]Section 108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 requires a Claimant to have not less than two years’ service to make a complaint of unfair dismissal complaint.[3]The Claimant states that her employment began on 4 March 2023 and ended on 20 December 2023. The Claimant’s employment lasted less than two years and she accepts that she does not have the two years’ continuous service required to bring a claim of unfair dismissal pursuant to section 108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (ERA).
