Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – rule 21[1]The respondent failed to present a response to the claim.[2]After a hearing under rule 21, judgment is issued for the claimant as follows:a. The respondent failed to pay the claimant her full statutory redundancy payment, and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum outstanding which is £684;b. The respondent failed to give the claimant notice or to pay her in lieu of notice, and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £912;c. The respondent has failed to pay the claimant in respect of accrued but untaken holiday and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £243.[3]The total sum which the respondent must pay the claimant is £1,839.
