[1]The claimant was subject to sex harassment in being asked whether she had previously worked in “that kind of industry”.[2]The claimant was subject to pregnancy and maternity discrimination in the respondent’s failure to carry out a risk assessment.[3]The claimant’s other claims are dismissed.
