[1]On 10 April 2020 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant to inform him that an Employment Judge was considering striking out his claim because it had no reasonable prospect of success because it was settled by the parties.[2]He was given until 24 April 2020 to object to the proposal or to request a hearing at which to do so.[3]The Claimant has failed to respond to the Tribunal’s letter. The claim is therefore struck out.
