JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal declares that the Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages between 28 October 2024 and 6 December 2024 and orders the Respondent to pay the sum of £1,521 gross to the Claimant in respect of the deductions. Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002[2]When the proceedings were begun the Respondent was in breach of its duty to provide the Claimant with a written statement of employment particulars. It is just and equitable to make an award of an amount equal to four weeks’ gross pay. In accordance with section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 the Respondent shall therefore pay the claimant £910.
