The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By an order made on the 4 March 2021 the claim was stayed for 28 days and made an order as follows: UNLESS by the 1 April 2021 the claimant sends to the employment tribunal, and copies to the respondent the following:(i) A witness statement setting out the basis of his case and providing copies of any documents in his possession or control on which he will rely;(ii) An explanation for his failure to engage in and actively pursue the proceedings so far;(iii) If the claimant wishes to rely on any medical condition as explaining why he failed to engage in or actively pursue the proceedings he should provide a report/letter or other evidence from a medical practitioner explaining his condition and expressing an opinion on whether the claimant is or will be able to conduct the proceedings, providing if appropriate a prognosis; The claim will be struck out without the need for any further hearing. 6.2 Strike out Judgment – claim - rule 37 Case No:3301951/2020 3302992/2020[2]The claimant has failed to comply with the order or make representations in writing, why this order could not be complied with.
